VancouverBay is a free social entertainment platform. All games on this platform use virtual credits which have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or converted into real money, prizes, or any tangible benefit whatsoever. VancouverBay is not a gambling service, not a draw, and not a financial product. No real money is involved in any aspect of using this platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use VancouverBay. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately restrict access and delete any associated data.

4. Virtual Credits

Virtual credits provided by VancouverBay:

  • Have no monetary value;
  • Cannot be purchased for real money;
  • Cannot be sold, transferred, or gifted;
  • Cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services;
  • Are provided solely for entertainment purposes;
  • May be reset or removed at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the game engine;
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the platform;
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the platform or other users' experience;

6. Intellectual Property

All content on VancouverBay, including but not limited to the Harbor Neon design system, written content, code, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of VancouverBay or its licensors. Game symbols are sourced from game-icons.net under the Creative Commons CC-BY 3.0 licence. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VancouverBay is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VancouverBay and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual credits, or any reliance placed on information on this site.

9. Responsible Play

10. Governing Law
